Fish and Seafood – Recipes for Any Occasion

My family members are not huge fish lovers, probably because hubby and I had poor childhood experiences with fish and seafood. So when I serve water-born foods, I make a point to make the recipes as appealing and flavorful as I can. Starting with fresh, good quality selections is a must, and then it’s all about the treatment and sauces. Sometimes simple seasonings are best to allow the natural flavors to shine, and sometimes flavorful sauces serve as perfect complements. Using a meat thermometer is also a must in order to achieve the tenderness these gems deserve. Let’s bury memories of dry, smelly, rubbery dinners that many of us gagged down during our youth.
