Meats – Hearty and Flavorful

We eat less in the way of meats than in years past. I tend to flavor more with meats than to make them the main entree. It’s easy to add beef or pork to rice, pasta and ethnic dishes. But sometimes, a good burger, steak, or lamb chop really hits the spot. I’m not one for meats smothered in heavy sauces, but I do like to present them in flavorful ways. Here are some of my meat recipes.
